Principal Client Services Project Manager UNAVAILABLE, UNAVAILABLE, US Overview Role Summary The Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of customer software implementations within the Professional Services organization. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while driving high customer satisfaction and measurable business outcomes. The Project Manager acts as the central point of coordination between customers, sales, product, and delivery teams-ensuring alignment, proactive risk management, and execution excellence throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities Project Delivery & Execution Lead end-to-end implementation of software solutions from kickoff through go-live and transition to support Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in partnership with stakeholders Develop and manage detailed project plans, including milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation Ensure adherence to implementation methodology, governance, and quality standards Customer Engagement Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation Establish strong relationships with executive sponsors and project stakeholders Facilitate regular status meetings, steering committees, and executive updates Manage customer expectations and ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and outcomes Cross-Functional Coordination Collaborate with Sales, Solution Consultants, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure successful
