As a Performance Maintenance Specialist, working for an industry leader, you'll join a global team of specialists that are crucial to ensure Waters' legendary service for our customers who utilize our scientific instrumentation and software. In this role, you'll be responsible for installing, conducting performance maintenance, and performing qualifications on LC instrument across customer sites. Ideal candidates will have excellent customer service skills, a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experience, and strong time management abilities. Waters Corporation is seeking a highly skilled, motivated and customer focused individual to join our renown Field Services Organization in the northern New Jersey area, covering areas include Rockland County and parts of Westchester NY. Responsibilities Installation of Instruments: Install new LC systems at customer sites following company guidelines and procedures. Performance Maintenance: Conduct scheduled Performance Maintenance (PM) visits to ensure LC instruments are operating at optimal conditions. Perform any required repairs during the PM to ensure that the LC instruments are operating as intended following the PM and or qualification.
