To support our growth, we are currently seeking a Field Verification Specialist to join our energy efficiency team located in Seattle area. The selected candidates will coordinate all desktop quality assurance activities. In addition, they will assist with the development, documentation, and implementation of QA/QC programs, plans, and procedures. They will also conduct QA investigations of nonĀ­conforming program contractors, coordinate corrective actions, and maintain QA records using Sightline. What you will be doing: In this position you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing the Quality Care and Quality Assurance efforts for energy efficient programs in Seattle metro. Knowledge of energy efficient technologies and practices related to Lighting, HVAC and water heating systems and overall residential and commercial building energy technologies or experience in the building trades is a plus. Conducting desk review quality assurance/quality control of program partner reports Liaising with subcontractors, stakeholders, and customer service representatives Collaborating with team members to brainstorm ideas for process improvements Developing and updating client reports and documents Creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets, PDF forms and databases for internal tracking Producing communications
