Director, Application Development Milford, MA, US Overview We are seeking a Director of Application Development to define and lead the application strategy for the Consumables and Laboratory Automation Core Separations Portfolio. This role is accountable for shaping how applications drive portfolio growth, customer adoption, and competitive differentiation across key markets including small molecule pharmaceuticals and food and environmental testing. The Director will own the multi-year application roadmap, aligning scientific innovation, product capabilities, and market needs to accelerate commercialization and expand the impact of Waters' consumables portfolio. As a strategic partner to senior leadership, this role will translate market trends, regulatory changes, and customer insights into clear priorities, investment decisions, and scalable application solutions that directly influence revenue growth and portfolio performance.
