Wabtec's Digital Intelligence Signaling & Systems team is a recognized industry leader in the successful delivery of complex integrated system projects. These projects involve signaling, train control, communications, and back-office solutions with a strong focus on project execution, schedule adherence, and customer satisfaction How will you make a difference? The Store person will be responsible for effectively managing the inventory in the store at the place of employment and will assist with stock control, stock reconciliation, stock order and stock received/distributed. The Store person will be part of the wider Inventory and supply chain department and will assist in the upkeep of cost and time effective procedures which will in turn maintain the Inventory and Supply Chain's operational needs. Where is the position located? Remote Western Australia (FIFO) | Port Hedland. 2 week on, 2 week off roster. What will your typical day look like? Receiving goods and storing appropriately in order Processing sales/orders in a timely manner Receipting received stock for entry into inventory system Following supply chain procedures to ensure a consistent approach Ensure staff and visitors are aware of and follow processes/ procedures for depot yard/ store operations Responding to store callouts
