Job Description: Who will you be working with? You will work closely with site leadership, production managers, and employees across all levels of the organization, supporting both operational and strategic HR activities. As part of the HR function, you will partner with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure smooth and compliant HR operations in a dynamic, production-driven environment. How will you make a difference? As a member of the HR team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective execution of HR processes across the full employee lifecycle while acting as a trusted partner to managers and employees. In this role, you will support operational needs, employee engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives, with a strong focus on production environments. You will ensure compliance with labor law and company policies, provide data-driven insights, and contribute to workforce planning, retention, and organizational performance. What will your typical day look like? Manage and coordinate HR processes across the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, administration, mobility, terminations) Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and company procedures Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems (Workday and other platforms) Oversee time and attendance management (Comarch system) Coordinate recruitment processes in cooperation with managers and HR leadership Support workforce planning
