The EHS Specialist will serve as the primary EHS person for the facility, with responsibility for executing site-level long‑term environmental, health, and safety strategies, ensuring robust compliance with California's complex regulatory requirements, and partnering with Operations and Corporate EHS to drive sustainable improvements. What Will Your Typical Day Look Like? Essential Responsibilities Daily Oversight & Execution of EHS activities Support the execution of the site EHS strategic and operating plans aligned with corporate and California regulatory expectations. Drive a proactive EHS culture through engagement, communication, and visible leadership. In collaboration with Corporate and Site Management, establish annual EHS goals, metrics, and leading indicators. Partner with Operations to embed EHS into daily management systems.
