Job Description: This position will own all specs, patterns, grade review, fit session management, and will communicate directly with suppliers to ensure proper understanding of technical corrections needed for the next sample stage. The role of Senior Technical Designer will be responsible for managing any construction improvements and will work closely with design and product development to collectively make great quality active apparel. There is an opportunity for additional breadth of responsibilities in this role as we continue to grow as a brand. What you'll get to do: New style set up with specs (includes pattern adjustments and pattern creation from scratch) Manage/Maintain all specs and grades from initial set up through production (proto's, PPs, Size Sets, TOPs) Prepares and leads all fittings (measures and pre-fits garments) Organizes weekly fit schedule for assigned products Communicates all fit and construction related comments to
