Job Description: Vuori is looking for a Lead of Product who will play a pivotal role in the seamless functioning of our retail store through a focus on visual merchandising and product operational excellence. As a Lead of Product, you partner closely with the Assistant Manager of Product to lead and execute the store's overall product strategy. You impactfully lead inventory processing and visual merchandising shifts, making proactive adjustments to work-flow and delegations based on the needs of the business and your people. You understand systems and value Vuori's routines of excellence as a key tool in achieving results. You readily provide recognition, feedback, and coaching during inventory and visual merchandising shifts to reinforce the behaviors that lead to success.
