Job Description: The Executive Recruiter is passionate about Vuori and attracting, hiring, and nurturing relationships with leadership talent. This leader will manage all VP, SVP and C‑suite hiring by applying deep expertise in talent strategy, stakeholder influence, and leadership assessment. This role is responsible for ensuring Vuori attracts, evaluates, and secures exceptional leadership talent at scale, while creating a brand-worthy candidate experience. What you'll get to do: Lead the Executive recruiting strategy - sourcing, screening, assessment, candidate relationship management, recruiting, and hiring of executive talent. The primary focus is VP/SVP positions, but not limited to, and could flex to support Sr. Director open positions. Create a brand-worthy candidate experience that is authentic to Vuori's core values. Partner with the Vuori leadership team to develop effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of executive talent.
