Job Description: The Community Coordinator is responsible for supporting the operational execution and organizational management of Vuori's Retail Community program. This role serves as the administrative and coordination partner to the Community Team, helping streamline workflows, manage community systems, and support store level execution across the fleet. By owning operational responsibilities and administrative processes, the Community Coordinator enables Community Managers to spend more time focused on strategic market development, relationship building, store coaching, and community growth initiatives. This role partners closely with Community Managers, Store Teams, Retail Marketing, and NSO partners to ensure community initiatives are organized, scalable, and executed consistently across all markets. What you'll get to do: Manage and track community proposals, approvals, and submission workflows across the fleet. Maintain organization of community documents, trackers, and reporting tools. Support store communication and follow up as needed regarding community execution and deliverables. Support community
