Field Marketing Data Analyst Barcelona About the Role We are looking for a Field Marketing Data Analyst to own the technical tracking, analysis, and reporting of marketing and PR data across regions. This role is highly data-driven and focused on building reliable dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, and translating complex datasets into actionable insights for leadership. The analyst will act as the technical backbone of Field Marketing performance measurement. *For this position you are required to attend the office 4 days a week (Monday - Thursday), and remote work on Friday. Job Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing Analytics, or a related field. - 3-6 years of experience in a data analyst, marketing analytics, or business intelligence role - Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with data warehouses. - Experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI). - Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo). - Familiarity with AI-powered analytics workflows (e.g., automated insights, anomaly detection, natural-language-to-SQL tools). - English: Full professional proficiency (required). Spanish or Portuguese is nice to have. Main responsibilities Data Tracking & Architecture - Design, implement, and maintain tracking frameworks for field marketing and PR initiatives. - Ensure correct data flow and integration across systems (CRM, marketing automation, event platforms, PR tools). - Validate data quality, consistency, and completeness across all reporting sources. - Document data definitions, KPIs, and tracking methodologies. Dashboards & Analytics - Build and maintain scalable dashboards for leadership and regional teams. -
