Technical Deployment Manager Seaport District, Boston, MA ABOUT US: Volta Labs is building a suite of genomics applications for our first-of-its-kind digital fluidics sample prep automation platform. Our technology will remove the need for laborious sample setup, provide a technology-agnostic suite, and shorten sample processing time from hours to seconds. We are passionate about pushing the boundaries of automation, biology, computing, robotics, design, and user experience to benefit our customers and the world. We are looking for a Technical Deployment Manager to drive smooth, on-time customer deployments across multiple geographies and time zones. This role serves as the single-threaded owner from sales handoff through customer go-live, ensuring that every deployment is well-coordinated, predictable, and executed without surprises. You will coordinate across Sales, Manufacturing, Operations, Field Service, and Applications teams while acting as a clear point of contact for customers during deployment planning. This is an in-person, on-site role based at our Boston headquarters, requiring close coordination with internal teams and hands-on engagement with deployment readiness. Beyond deployments, you will also support cross-functional initiatives led by the Scientific Program Manager, contributing to internal programs that improve scalability, readiness, and operational excellence.
