Key responsibilities: Handle full spectrum of company secretarial matters independently for portfolio of clients (including listed/private companies) Acting as named company secretary of client cases (if necessary), taking the lead in organizing and facilitating meetings of directors and various committees and general meetings as well as preparing and reviewing related papers/minutes, circulars, announcements and statutory forms as well as related materials in accordance with the rule requirements and client needs Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties, including solicitors and regulatory bodies Ensure all statutory rules and regulatory requirements are met Assist Seniors to research technical issue Keep abreast of changes in regulatory compliance laws, rules and regulations, and advising clients of the operational impact and corpor
