This role is responsible for ensuring that all company secretarial and compliance obligations are met for a portfolio of 6-10 ASX-listed companies and multiple private entities. You will manage your own portfolio of high-profile clients, building strong relationships and overseeing all aspects of client service delivery and business development. You'll also collaborate closely with a team of experienced Company Secretaries and Lawyers, as well as our accounting colleagues, to provide integrated governance and compliance support.
