This full-time hybrid role offers regional coverage and the chance to make a significant impact on our inorganic growth agenda. Purpose of the Role: The Senior Associate is responsible for planning and executing seamless integration, separation and carve-out strategies, operating through a robust Integration Management Office (IMO). The role focuses on day-to-day delivery of complex, cross-functional programs to ensure deal objectives are achieved, value is realized, and disruption to the business is minimized across M&A transactions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Integration, separation & carve-out delivery Design and execute end-to-end integration, separation and carve-out plans aligned to deal rationale and value drivers.
