Reporting to the Manager, Co-Sec this is a full-time and permanent position based in our Melbourne office. As a Graduate Company Secretary, you will assist with the day-to-day administration of corporate governance, compliance, and secretarial duties for the company. This is an exciting and excellent opportunity for a graduate looking to develop a rewarding career in corporate law and governance. Key responsibilities: Corporate Governance Support: Assist in maintaining statutory records, such as registers of directors, shareholders, and other relevant documents. Board and Committee Support: Help with organizing and coordinating board and committee meetings, including preparing agendas, board packs, and taking minutes.
