Job Location: Krubong, Melaka, Malaysia What you will be doing: Responsible for EOL Assembly Process Engineering Vishay Assembly Production at Subcon Drive improvement project to support Product KPI such as Quality, Yield, Hold Lot Rate and Disposition Cycle Time Support package transfer and new package introduction Drive EOL assembly process/parameter/procedure set-up, qualification and implementation Review and establish EOL Assembly Operation Baseline specifications & procedures Coordinate with operation to get the needed support for engineering evaluations and other engineering activities Define statistical test methods to optimize yield and drive quality defect reduction programs Review corrective actions for effectiveness and ensure they are implemented and fanned out as needed Support customer complain
