Job Location: Vishay Tansitor is located in Bennington, VT and is the world's number one manufacturer of wet tantalum and conformal-coated capacitors worldwide. Tansitor has approximately 100 employees between 3 shifts. Pay is $23-$26. What you will be doing: In conjunction with Supervisor, oversees group in ensuring daily work schedule is met and completes related paperwork. Operates appropriate equipment in performing functions related to specific production area. May train newer employees. Assists in setting up work stations. Follows written or verbal process specifications in completing all assignments. May recommend modifications to assignments/tasks.
