Job Description: Visa Technology & Operations LLC, a Visa Inc. company, needs a Sr. Systems Engineer (multiple openings) in New York, New York to: Architect, plan, and migrate legacy video conference infrastructure to the cloud. Support MTR and AV systems in conference rooms, auditoriums, studios, training rooms, and open collaboration spaces. Provide engineering support for live events using Microsoft Teams Live Events. Help administer and set policies for MS Teams, Microsoft Voice, and Audiocodes. Support telephony infrastructure for softphones and desk phones for end-users. Perform proof-of-concept (POC) tests and validation on new and emerging UCaaS and AV technologies. Provide tier 3 engineering support for escalated issues and resolve tickets within established SLAs.
