About this role

Solutions Engineer Compute and Storage Transport (CST) – Israel & EMEA Home Office, ISR Summary: The Solution Engineer will be responsible for supporting and enabling sales on VIAVI CST solutions in Israel and EMEA region. The Solution Engineer will work closely with the Lab & Production Sales team and with selected Channel Partners and he/she will take responsibility of any technical demonstrations and presentations in front of customers. The individual will have to transfer product and related technology knowledge to the Customers, dedicated CST Sales people and Channel Partners. In conjunction with Sales, this person will be accountable for the bookings number of the related product portfolio in region. The Solution Engineer is responsible for the CST products introduction, demos, and proof of concept testing in Israel and the rest of EMEA region. The Solution Engineer is expected to drive issues to successful resolution proactively while pulling support from the wider “Global CST Solutions Engineer Team” and CST Business Unit in the US. This role is based in home office in Israel with regular travel abroad. Duties & Responsibilities: Deliver pre- and post-sales support to our customers in Israel & EMEA for our CST portfolio (hands-on on product).
