Collaboration: Gathering requirements from business stakeholders and translating them into technical solutions. Testing & Support: Performing unit testing, supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and resolving incidents. Documentation: Creating technical documentation for solutions and processes. Core Skills & Technologies Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/Sales/Marketing/Service modules. Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse). C# , JavaScript (for development).
