What you'll do We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an onsite Billing Manager to join our dynamic team in São Paulo, Brazil! As the Billing and Order-to-Cash (OTC) Lead for Brazil and Mexico, you will be responsible for the end-to-end integrity of regional financial operations. This role demands a high level of precision in overseeing daily and monthly billing cycles, ensuring that every stage-from order entry and invoicing to payments, collections, and dispute resolution-is executed accurately, on time, and in strict accordance with both contractual obligations and local tax regulations. You will serve as a critical guardian of revenue, meticulously reviewing billing results and reconciliations to proactively identify errors or revenue leakage, while collaborating across IT, Sales, and Customer Service to resolve the root causes of any process breakdowns. Beyond internal coordination, you will act as the primary liaison for third-party vendors, managing the performance of billing platforms, payment gateways, and collection agencies to ensure seamless operational flow and approved settlements.
