Director, Strategic Partnerships - Central US Remote - Central US Via is on a mission to create public transportation systems that provide far greater access to jobs, healthcare, and education. Our platform serves as the technology backbone for modern transport, transforming antiquated and siloed public transportation systems into smart, data-driven, and efficient digital networks. With hundreds of agency partners around the world, Via is recognized as the leading transportation technology and service provider globally. As a Director, Strategic Partnerships at Via, you'll drive revenue growth across the Central territory. You'll build the relationships that matter, close the deals that shape how cities invest in mobility, and help authorities and operators across the region rethink what public transport can look like. This is a high-ownership individual contributor role at the intersection of technology, public policy, and real-world impact , on a team that believes better cities start with better transportation. This is a remote-first role based in the US Central region. We're ideally looking for candidates in Chicago or the broader Midwest, but are open to other locations including Texas. About the Role: - Building and closing high-impact partnerships with city governments, transport authorities, and private operators, navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from first conversation to signed deal - Own and execute go-to-market strategy for the Central's unique buying landscape, including public-sector procurement processes, political dynamics, and multi-year funding cycles - Creating compelling, data-driven business cases that show how Via's platform improves ridership, efficiency, and sustainability for cities and regions across
