As a Commercial Lead at Via, you will be the face and voice of Via for our partners in France and Benelux , both internally and externally. You'll build genuine, durable relationships with the cities and operators working to deliver better transportation for their communities - owning the full commercial journey, from closing new partnerships to driving the renewals, expansions, and growth that follow. Our team is made up of talented, collaborative people who are passionate about making public transit better, and at Via, the work we do together translates into real impact for the people who depend on it every day. This is an individual contributor role based in Amsterdam, Paris, or London. You'll own your deals end-to-end, with real autonomy and direct impact on how Via grows in your markets. About the Role: - Build and close partnerships with city governments, transport authorities, and private operators, navigating complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles from first conversation to signed deal - Own the full account lifecycle post-signature: renewals, upsell, cross-sell, and year-over-year service expansion - Serve as the primary point
