About the Position As an Onboarding and Implementation Manager at Vetcove, you'll lead the strategy and execution of end-to-end onboarding for veterinary clinics across our platform. You'll manage and mentor a team of 5+ Onboarding Specialists, setting the standard for how clinics experience implementation-from kickoff through post-launch-while ensuring every clinic is positioned for long-term success. You'll serve as the point of contact for clinic partnerships during implementation, drive cross-functional alignment with product, engineering, strategy, and support, and build the systems and processes that allow your team to scale.
