We're already operating at a scale most teams never reach, with a team most people would think is too small to pull it off. That's by design. Everyone here runs at a level that compresses what would normally take entire teams. We keep it that way by only hiring people who raise the standard the moment they join. We're building the founding team. The people who join now will define how this company operates for the next decade, and shape the future of healthcare. THE ROLE Partnerships are at the core of what Vera is building. The organizations we partner with, whether medical societies, clinical publishers, or digital health platforms, represent where clinicians already go to learn, stay current, and get their work done. A partnership with the right organization means distribution, credibility, and a direct line to the feedback that improves the product. We've already closed deals with some of the most important names in the space, and we're just getting started. The Partnerships Lead owns this. You'll build relationships with executive directors, publishers, and business leaders, figure out what each partner actually needs, and design deals around that. No two partnerships look alike. One might be a content integration, another a distribution agreement, another a co-branded member benefit. Your job is to find the structure that works for each side and close it. You'll
