VAT in 2024 and employs 5,000 staff members across 10 countries. 📄 JOB DESCRIPTION - The Shift Leader is responsible for overseeing daily operations during their assigned shift, ensuring performance, productivity, and quality targets are met. - This role manages a team of Team Leaders, driving operational excellence, team engagement, and continuous improvement across all processes. 🎯 TASKS Operations Management - Ensure the correct execution of all operational processes during the shift (inbound, outbound, picking, packing, etc.) - Monitor KPIs (productivity, quality, service level, safety) and take corrective actions when needed - Guarantee adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) Team Leadership - Manage, coach, and develop a team of Team Leaders - Provide clear direction, priorities, and expectations at the beginning of each shift - Conduct regular performance follow-ups and feedback sessions
