Vanta's Solutions Engineering team sits at the intersection of sales, product, and customer success - translating deep technical knowledge into business value for prospects and customers. We operate with speed and precision, with a customer-first mindset that makes the difference in complex evaluations and competitive deals. You'll work alongside GTM leaders who are deeply invested in the Solutions partnership and a global Solutions leadership team that raises the bar every quarter. As the regional head for AMER, you'll own the SE motion across every segment - from Early Stage through Strategic - balancing hands-on leadership with the strategic vision needed to build repeatable best practices and scale a world-class team.
