As we expand upmarket to support enterprise and regulated customers, we're investing heavily in platform capabilities that scale securely while reducing cognitive load for product teams. As the Engineering Manager, Core Platform at Vanta, you'll own the foundational infrastructure that every engineer builds on, ensuring it scales with company growth while remaining fast, simple, and reliable. This team's ownership spans shared services infrastructure, observability and monitoring, datastore management, and async work systems.
