A Repair Center Technician (RCT) primary role is responsible for repairing items returned for repair. This includes some evaluation/troubleshooting to a board level, soldering, part replacement, adhering parts for assembly, cleaning of parts, and testing/calibration of automated scanners and field replacement units (FRU) that are needed in the Service depots. Motivated to collaborate with the team, Engineers, and Administration, while following Policies throughout the repair process. Their secondary role is responsible for the integration, calibration, and testing of AAFM systems, accessories, and upgrades in a class 1 clean room environment.
