Job Summary: The Process Engineer will lead the development and optimization of inkjet printing (IJP) processes and OLED device fabrication to support next-generation display technologies. This role focuses on ink formulation, material screening, thin-film characterization, and device validation, enabling rapid evaluation of proprietary emitter materials and accelerating customer adoption toward mass production. This position also supports OLED device fabrication using Vacuum Thermal Evaporation (VTE) and related performance evaluation.
