We've raised $160m+ from top investors including Insight, Accel, and 60+ angels. THE ROLE We're hiring a Solutions Engineer to join our Engineering team in New York City. This is a highly cross-functional, client-facing role where you'll bridge Product, Engineering, and Sales to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. This is a full-cycle position, partnering across Sales, Implementations, and Customer Success to support clients from initial conversations through launch and ongoing growth. As a Solutions Engineer, you will: - Partner with Product and Engineering to guide new clients through technical implementation, from initial integration to launch - Support the Sales team by articulating the technical value of Unit's platform to prospective customers - Act as a trusted advisor to clients: communicating new features, gathering feedback, and advocating for their needs internally - Translate client requirements into actionable solutions, including building prototypes, writing documentation, and developing integration guides - Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and drive product adoption This is a highly entrepreneurial role with immediate impact.
