THE ROLE We are hiring a General Manager, Embedded Banking to help scale Unit's newest suite of embedded banking & bill pay products. These products enable software platforms to offer Unit-managed financial services to their end users with minimal operational overhead, while meaningfully deepening their customer relationships. This role has end-to-end ownership across vision, P&L, roadmap prioritization, go-to-market execution, and day-to-day operations. You will work directly with Unit's clients and partners, developing a deep understanding of their businesses and the needs of their end users. Internally, you will lead cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Operations. This role reports to the CFO and is based in New York City. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Business ownership & strategy. Own the vision, strategy, and P&L for Unit's fully managed embedded banking & bill pay products. - Client relationship management.
