Sr. Engineer - MAC 2 Locations What success looks like in this role: We are looking for a highly skilled Mac Solutions Engineer with 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Jamf Pro administration and Apple device management. The ideal candidate will have Jamf 200 certification, basic Apple certifications, and strong experience in Zero touch deployments, automation, and API/CI-CD integrations. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with a client-first approach to delivering enterprise Apple solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and support Zero Touch deployment workflows using DEPNotify, Octory, Jamf Setup/Reset, SYM. Administer and manage Jamf Pro for macOS devices - enrollment, compliance, patching, and security. Work with CI/CD pipelines and API integrations to automate device management tasks and improve efficiency. Develop and maintain scripts, policies, and smart groups for automation and scale. Provide technical consultation to clients, aligning solutions with business and security requirements. Integrate Jamf with Azure AD, Intune, SSO/SAML, ServiceNow, and endpoint security tools. Ensure compliance with Apple security standards (FileVault, Gatekeeper, patching, OS baselines). Deliver L3 technical support and root-cause analysis for escalated macOS issues. Maintain detailed documentation, process guides, and client-facing knowledge articles. Stay updated with Apple ecosystem and Jamf innovations to recommend improvements. Required Skills & Certifications 5-7 years of hands-on Jamf Pro administration and Apple device management. Expertise in Zero Touch deployment (DEPNotify, Octory, Jamf Setup/Reset, SYM).
