You will support users via phone, chat, web, and email, providing friendly, accurate, and efficient technical assistance. This is an entry‑level role , ideal for graduates or early‑career candidates who are motivated to start their IT or customer support career in an international environment, with a strong focus on German and English communication and continuous learning.
