Job Summary The Lead Maintenance Electrician is responsible for leading and executing electrical and mechanical maintenance activities, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of plant systems. The Lead Maintenance Electrician is both a skilled tradesperson and a team leader. The working hours will be Monday - Friday 6:00AM to 2:30PM. Duties and Responsibilities Assign, prioritize, and monitor maintenance activities Use and maintain CMMS for the site Train and mentor maintenance personnel on electrical systems, troubleshooting, and safety procedures Ensure all work complies with company, project, and regulatory safety requirements, participate in safety audits and inspections Arrange and ensure availability of materials and equipment for maintenance repair tasks Order parts and maintain the list of critical spares for the site Interface with operations to ensure reliability
