About this role

Senior Investment Officer, Private Equity Secondaries & Co-Investments Do you have experience in private secondaries and/or co-investments and want to join a fast growing team deploying capital across GP led, LP led deals and co-investments? We're looking for a Senior Investment Officer in the Private Equity Secondaries & Co-Investments team, to: • source and evaluate private equity secondary and co-investment opportunities (both GP and LP led), building trusted relationships with GPs and advisors • lead the investment processes from screening through to legal negotiation and closing • lead due diligence and investment analysis, guiding junior team members, and reviewing business models, financials and operating KPIs • translate industry insights into comprehensive investment recommendations and risk assessments • coach and develop colleagues, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture • contribute to portfolio monitoring post close and reporting materials for stakeholders • support fundraising efforts engaging with clients and partners • keep up to date on deals and market developments, including transaction terms & pricings
