Senior ETD High Touch Execution Sales Trader Are you a senior, client-focused high touch Sales Trader with a proven track record in listed derivatives? Do you combine strong execution expertise with leadership capability and a commercial mindset? We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our Singapore ETD Sales Trading team, while actively driving high-touch client execution and revenue growth. In this role, you will: • Lead and build the Singapore ETD Sales Trading franchise, setting strategic direction, driving performance, and developing team talent • Act as a senior high-touch execution specialist, delivering bespoke solutions and best execution across complex and large-scale trades • Develop and execute a strategic business plan focused on revenue growth, market share expansion, and client penetration • Provide seamless, high-quality coverage to Global Markets ETD clients with a strong focus on precision, responsiveness, and risk management • Partner closely with ETD Clearing Sales, electronic execution teams, and global stakeholders to deliver integrated client solutions • Own and deepen senior client relationships, offering market colour, trade ideas, and execution expertise to drive differentiation • Champion client experience and service excellence, ensuring consistency across high touch and low touch channels • Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and internal risk frameworks
