About this role

Investment Banking Associate - Financial Sponsors Do you enjoy working in dynamic teams? Are you excited by the opportunity to work on complex, high-profile transactions for leading private equity clients and their portfolio companies? Are you solution oriented? We're looking for someone like that who can help us: • work closely with senior bankers to originate business with financial sponsor clients and their portfolio companies; • take responsibility for transaction execution across a range of live deals, including preparation of key marketing and transaction documentation; • coordinate across sector coverage and product teams to deliver transactions spanning M&A, leveraged and acquisition financing, and IPOs/equity capital markets; • play a leading role in executing complex, often cross-border transactions that are market-leading in scale and impact; • work collaboratively with junior bankers and help them develop both technical and project management skills; and • build and maintain strong relationships with financial sponsors, portfolio companies and broader client networks
