Execution Services COO – Business Manager Are you ambitious, independent, confident and hardworking with a combination of business aptitude, quantitative skills and strategic thinking? We're looking for someone like that who can: •develop an in-depth understanding of the Execution Services Business (e.g. products, trading flows, financials, personnel) •contribute to the execution of key business change initiatives and risk remediation activities •help to manage the day-to-day 'run the bank' activities of the Execution Services Business •collaborate with the Business and IT to strengthen the overall operational resiliency of the trading platform •coordinate with supporting functions, including Operations, Compliance and Finance •complete ad-hoc projects and deep dives
