About this role

Depositary Risk & Framework Specialist Do you know AIFMD & UCITS V regulations? Do you know how to solve problems and increase efficiencies? You demonstrate a strong expertise in depositary business and the funds industry more broadly and you are used to senior management exposure in a fast moving banking environment. We're looking for Depositary Risk & Framework Specialist to: • Lead projects, including client integration, service delivery and sales support • Support the depositary management team with technical considerations that may require an additional level of judgement • Conduct, with appropriate support, due diligence oversight reviews on the Central Administrators, AIFMs and the Custodian Banks including preliminary risk assessment, due diligence questionnaire and standard pack documentation review, and any other pertinent documentation review • Support and maintain Data requirements (Fund onboarding as well as regulatory development) in coordination with relevant functions
