About this role
Business Analyst • Are you passionate about delivering robust and scalable automation solutions? • Are you willing to bring change in operational world with latest technologies like machine learning, screen capturing, data analysis and other cognitive skill sets? • Do you have a knack for understanding business processes and how we can optimize and improve through a combination of process re-engineering and technological changes? • Do you have a curious nature, and are always interested in finding ways to innovate? We're looking for a Automation Specialist to: • Collaborate with business subject matter experts to analyze and document current processes, define automation requirements, and identify opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce operational risk. • Design to-be processes and collaborate in solution design (with dev team). • Oversee testing (UAT) and implementation of RPA solutions; ensure they meet business needs. • Maintain process documentation and SDDs; manage change requests for updates. • Establish business requirements and support business case development. • Understand the 'off the shelf' technology levers available within UBS to facilitate the transformation. • Analyze and test existing systems for compatibility with preferred automation platforms. • Ensure solution design and development meet UBS standards and guidelines. • Build automation solutions that improve efficiency of operations processes across IBO. • Maintain documentation for projects, including process maps, project charters, action logs, and project deliverables. • Deliver on our agreed Digital Operations book of work and meet or exceed the annual targets.
