Responsibilities - Drive the creation and evaluation of new product concepts to support innovation and market competitiveness. - Lead and contribute to the assessment and selection of appropriate materials, components, and manufacturing processes. - Develop precise 3D models and produce high-quality engineering drawings in accordance with design standards. - Identify, analyze, and resolve design, tooling, and production issues to ensure efficient product development and manufacturing. - Plan and execute testing activities, and perform detailed analyses to enhance design integrity and ensure product reliability. - Conduct research and evaluations of emerging materials, technologies, and manufacturing processes to continuously improve product performance and development efficiency. Basic Qualifications - Strong interest in mechanical engineering within the networking and technology industry. - Demonstrated creative thinking and the ability to approach problems with innovative, “out-of-the-box” solutions. - Highly self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new knowledge and technologies.
