Role Summary This job will mainly focus on the networking products, take the responsibility of design, development, and testing for all aspects of mechanical components, and have a significant impact on product innovation, cost, schedule, and features. Responsibilities - Create, experiment with, and evaluate new product concepts. - Improving designs on current products for longer life and more reliability, and testing products at field locations. - Capable of troubleshooting and debugging prototypes and MP Product. - Perform tests and conduct engineering analysis. - Write analytical reports and good practice documents. - Responsible for project deliverables, including the management of engineering budgets, schedules, and customer interfaces. - Work with global manufacturing resources, procurement, and outside suppliers to meet UI technical, quality, and cost objectives. Minimum Qualifications - Minimum 8+ years of Mechanical Engineering experience. - 5+ years of networking product mechanical design and development experience. - Expressed interest
