Responsibilities - Lead the Mechanical Design Verification Plan for New Product Introduction (NPI). Define environmental, mechanical stress, and lifecycle test specifications for complex electromechanical products. - Lead Failure Analysis (FA) initiatives using tool analysis to identify root causes. Provide concrete DFM/DFx recommendations to the design team. - Responsible for Mechanical Design verification work. - Manage Lab and third-party laboratories to ensure testing quality and schedule adherence. Basic Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in Mechanical DQA engineering, with proven expertise in Outdoor products and MIL-STD testing. - Strong foundation in mechanical engineering, including material validation, structural stability, mechanical strength, thermal performance, and flammability assessments. - Excellent problem analysis and solving skills, with a positive and detail-oriented mindset toward ensuring a great user experience. - Strong knowledge of reliability test standards, including theory, methodology, and acceptance criteria. - Ability to independently plan and execute test items, including fixture
