Responsibilities - Plan and execute manual test strategies for Layer 2/Layer 3 switching platforms, ProAV (Audio/Video over IP), and associated UI software. - Validate features related to VLAN, QoS, IGMP snooping, multicast routing, Dante, and network-based audio/video control protocols. - Design and maintain test cases in collaboration with developers, product managers, and system architects. - Perform functional, regression, performance, and stress testing on web interfaces, mobile apps, and embedded device firmware. - Log detailed and reproducible issues in Jira; verify fixes and provide input on root cause analysis. - Analyze system behavior across multiple platforms (Web, Mobile, Networked Devices). - Contribute to test documentation including test plans, bug reports, and test summaries. Requirements - 3+ years of experience in manual QA for Networking products or ProAV systems - Solid understanding of QA methodologies, test case management tools (TestRail, Zephyr, etc.). - Hands-on experience with Jira
