Role Summary The Logistics Specialist is responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and optimizing the movement of goods from suppliers up to delivery. This role ensures timely delivery, accurate documentation, cost efficiency, and compliance with regulations. Responsibilities (What he/she will do after joining UI): 1. Transportation & Distribution Management - Plan, coordinate, and track inbound and outbound shipments arrangement. - Liaise with contract manufacturing, freight forwarders, and trucking service providers. - Monitor pick up and delivery schedules 2. Inventory & Warehouse Coordination - Coordinate with warehouse teams for stock receiving and shipping status. - Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliations. 3. Documentation & Compliance - Prepare and verify shipping documentation (B/L, invoices, packing lists). - Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and internal policies. - Documentation collection 4. Communication & Problem-Solving - Act as a liaison between suppliers, warehouses, and customers to resolve shipment issues. - Track and report key
