Responsibilities - Leading and working alongside a team of skilled Firmware Developers and QA Engineers to build applications for IT products, including web and mobile platforms that run on UniFi. - Coordinate with other teams like HW, SW, UX, Support team throughout the project lifecycle - Assigning tasks, setting priorities, allocating resources, and ensuring high-quality output. - Monitoring the quality and execution of the project. - Negotiating with stakeholders and other parties involved in the project. Requirement - Over 7 years of experience in Software Development roles and minimum 5 years of experience in Software Product or Project Management roles. - Familiarity with the software development life cycle and testing processes. - Experience in analyzing information and making data driven decisions. - Professional interest in IT products and emerging technologies. - Excellent negotiation skills. - Proven experience in problem-solving and data analysis. - Highly proficient in English (written
