Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and optimize embedded firmware for switches. - Analyze datasheets for sensors, microcontrollers, and peripherals; implement corresponding drivers in RTOS or embedded Linux environments. - Collaborate with hardware, BSP, and Network teams to integrate features and ensure seamless performance. - Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex firmware issues. - Ensure firmware stability, scalability, and performance for large-scale networks. - Drive continuous improvement in the development process to ensure timely delivery of high-quality firmware. - Organize and prioritize work across multiple projects simultaneously. Minimum Qualifications: - PhD or MS in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering. - Detailed knowledge of operating system internals, C/C++ language, object-oriented design, as well as strong C/C++ debugging skills on embedded-systems. - 3+ years of hands-on experience in embedded firmware development on RTOS, with a focus on networking or switch systems. - Experience with BSP and Linux device driver development. - Strong
